Pre-Authorized Payments

Sign up for Pre-Authorized Payment and your electric bill is automatically deducted from your chequing account each month on the due date.

With Pre-Authorized Payment your electricity bill is sent to you in advance and the date of your payment is posted to your bank account. This way you will know ahead of time the exact amount that will be deducted from your account. Saving the time of writing cheques, saving money on postage too!

To apply for direct payments please call one of our customer accounts representatives at 326-7315.

Equal Payment Plan

Residential customers can take advantage of our Equal Payment Plan. The monthly budget amount is determined by taking your total bill amounts during the past 12 month period and calculating equal monthly payments for the next 11 months. If a billing history is not available the amount is determined by one of our customer accounts representatives. Your budget amount can be reviewed and if necessary can be recalculated. The 12th month is the reconciliation month when your bill will reflect the monthly budgeted amount plus or minus any adjustments for over payments or under payments.
