Time of Use and Tiered Pricing Effective February 23, 2021

Since January 1, 2021, residential and small business customers on Time-of-Use (TOU) and Tiered pricing have been paying a fixed electricity price of 8.5 ¢/kWh for all hours of the day as part of the government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This fixed price ends on February 22, 2021. On February 23, 2021, new winter TOU and Tiered prices will take effect.  TOU customers will resume paying TOU prices that are different at different times of the day.  Tiered customers will resume paying prices that are different for different tier thresholds.
